Job summary

Westfields Hospital & Clinic, part of HealthPartners, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to operate, repair and maintain hospital facilities and equipment. The role supports the Westfields Hospital site and provides on-call coverage, with additional duties at other HealthPartners St.

Croix Valley locations as needed. The position features a 1.0 FTE (40 hours) schedule with rotating shifts and a weekly call rotation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Provide on-call coverage and support at multiple HealthPartners sites as needed.

Job description

The Maintenance Technician operates, repairs and maintains hospital and associated buildings’ physical plants and equipment in a safe, cost effective and industry accepted manner, assures a safe and reliable facility to provide services.

Work Schedule

1.0 FTE - 40 hours

Hours are:

Rotating: M-F 6:00am - 2:30pm, 9am - 5:30pm

Call rotation every 4th week.

Every 4th week Saturday and Sunday

The primary responsibility for this position is supporting the Westfields Hospital site, including on-call coverage. Additionally, this role will provide support at other HealthPartners St. Croix Valley locations as operational needs arise.

Required Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year technical training in building maintenance.
• One year experience in the operation of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in a healthcare setting.
