As part of our continued growth, we are looking to add an experienced Maintenance Technician to our team in New Prague!

This part-time, hands-on position will have you responsible for maintaining the physical assets of multi-family housing properties.

Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:

1. Building systems maintenance
2. Townhome repairs and reconditioning
3. Drywall repairs
4. Painting
5. Minor plumbing work
6. Minor electrical work
7. Grounds care and snow removal

Requirements

1. Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management
2. Must have a valid US Driver's License
3. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
4. Must be able to pass a criminal background check
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills
6. Must be able to handle confidential information
7. Available for after-hour emergencies as needed
