Job summary

Hayes House is a vintage, garden-style community in Hillsboro Village near downtown Nashville, TN. Sentinel Real Estate is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance under supervision of the General Manager and Maintenance Supervisor at Hayes House.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspecting buildings and common areas, keeping the shop organized and safe, and ensuring tasks are carried out promptly according to procedures.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required or willing to obtain within 6 months.
• Willing to participate in 24-hour on-call service as assigned.
• Must possess a set of basic hand tools to perform duties.
• Must have a good history of dependability and job performance.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in multifamily maintenance or construction as a technician preferred.
• Must possess a current and valid Driver's License.

Position Overview:
