Job summary

You will maintain, repair, inspect, and perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems; read schematics and blueprints; and troubleshoot PLCs (Allen Bradley or Siemens).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a manufacturing maintenance technician in an industrial setting.
• Experience with CMMS software systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with single and three-phase motors, transformers, relays, and industrial control equipment.
• Light welding and fabrication (Stick/MIG).

What’s a typical day as Industrial Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

• Maintaining, inspecting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a variety of automated manufacturing machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.
• Reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and using voltage meters (with solid understanding of 24V, AC/DC, 110V, transformers, conductors, relays, single and three-phase motors, and 480V).
• Performing light welding and fabrication of machine parts using Stick or MIG welding.
• Troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs), specifically Allen Bradley or Siemens products.
• Assisting with building, grounds, and overall facility maintenance.
