Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment, facility systems, and plant infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs to reduce downtime.
• Maintain and repair production machinery, conveyors, compressors, pumps, motors, welders, fans, lighting, and facility equipment.
• Inspect equipment regularly to identify wear, safety concerns, or potential failures.
• Complete assigned work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support equipment installations, moves, upgrades, and plant improvement projects.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and maintenance instructions.
• Follow all company safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements and maintenance best practices.
• Communicate equipment issues, repair status, and parts needs with supervisors and production leadership.
• Assist with building maintenance, including doors, plumbing, lighting, HVAC support, and general facility repairs.
• Help identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain tools, parts, and maintenance supplies in a clean and organized manner.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic fabrication.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, meters, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance shop equipment.
• Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and moving equipment.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime or respond to urgent maintenance needs when required.
