Qualifications

• Experience applying powder coatings in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify coating defects.
• Knowledge of powder coating equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coatings to metal parts and assemblies using spray equipment.
• Ensure even coverage and proper thickness according to specifications.
• Inspect coated parts for defects, coverage consistency, and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spray guns, hoppers, and other powder coating equipment.
