Role Description The Maintenance Electrician is a full-time, on-site role based at NEXXTA’s facility in Mansfield, OH. This role is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, equipment, and machinery to minimize downtime and support safe production operations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing electrical issues, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, and responding to equipment breakdowns on the manufacturing floor. The Maintenance Electrician will read and interpret electrical schematics, use testing instruments to identify faults, and collaborate with maintenance and production teams to implement effective solutions. The role also involves documenting work performed, following safety protocols and regulatory requirements, and suggesting improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
