Job summary

GCI Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Legacy Patriots Point, a new luxury lease-up in Charleston, SC. You will keep the community well-maintained, safe, and attractive, responding to resident requests with strong troubleshooting and hands-on skills.

Responsibilities include apartment turns and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, pool maintenance, and building exteriors, in collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold top service and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in multifamily apartment maintenance.
• Knowledge and experience repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry items, building exteriors and appliances.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and on-call hours.
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) and substantial experience in making HVAC related repairs.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Requirements

Education, Licenses, and Certifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) and substantial experience in making HVAC related repairs
