Job Description:

We are hiring immediately for a Maintenance Technician based in Moreno Valley. The role involves supporting maintenance functions such as troubleshooting, equipment modifications, preventative and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Flexibility for weekend work and overtime is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring safety at all times
• Routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Performing preventative and basic repairs
• Overseeing contractors for professional repairs
• Diagnosing and correcting mechanical issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Electrical troubleshooting skills in 460/230V, motor starters, lighting, control wiring
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and welding (MIG and stick)
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs., climb ladders, work in high areas
• High school diploma or GED; technical education is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish/English is advantageous

Skills and Abilities:

• Proven experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and repair manuals
• Experience with CNC, software loading, welding, and fabrication preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
