Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Monroe, NC operations. You will maintain manufacturing equipment, perform daily safety inspections, and document PM servicing of all equipment to minimize downtime.

The role requires HS Diploma or equivalent with trade training or related experience, plus familiarity with Outlook/Internet/Excel. Work hours are 5:00am–3:30pm, with a rate of $28 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; trade training, military, or specialized training accepted.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or service sectors.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Internet, and Excel.
• Familiarity with chiller/compressor systems is a plus.

Maintenance Technician

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 3:30pm
• Rate: $28 per hour
• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent, trade school, military, or specialized training
• Experience: Manufacturing, industrial, service industry
• Computer Skills: Outlook, Internet, Excel

Required Skills:

• Mechanical: Repair mechanisms, bearings, rotating assemblies, chain drives, motors
• Hydraulic: Repair hoses, pumps, cylinders
• Fabrication: Design/make small parts, improve equipment/process
• Welding: Ability to weld if necessary
• Familiarity: Chiller systems, compressor systems, material conveyors, manufacturing equipment, chipper, and recycling grinders

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain manufacturing equipment
• Conduct daily plant safety inspections
• Perform and document PM servicing of all equipment
