Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Monroe, OH seeks a versatile maintenance technician to operate on-site across our communities. You will perform HVAC maintenance, complete work orders, prep apartments, and collaborate with teams to uphold property standards while delivering excellent resident service.

Requires at least 3 years of maintenance experience, EPA licensure, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to participate in on-call rotations; own hand tools expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete assigned work orders promptly.

• Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
• Maintain curb appeal and overall property appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Position Description:

• Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeep
• Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch list
• Collaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards
• Uphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appeal
• Provide top-notch customer service to our residents
• All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)
• Hold EPA licensure
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systems
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-site
• Provide own hand toolsEssential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
