Job summary

The Liberty Group is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities. Pay ranges from $18 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements include 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience, valid ID, reliable transportation, and owning basic tools. You will complete service requests, perform make-ready repairs, maintain common areas, document work, and provide excellent resident service.

• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready).

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed.
• Document work completed in maintenance logs.
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams.

Preferred (not required)

• A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
• Strong make-ready/turn experience
• Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
