Job summary

Focus Property Management in Madison, WI is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician ready to diagnose and fix leaks, locks, lights, and heating issues. You’ll work directly with residents, coordinate with teammates and trusted vendors, and rotate on-call shifts to ensure fast response.

You’ll bring a solid work ethic, basic mechanical experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift and maneuver in tight spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance or hands-on problem solving.
• Mechanical experience or the drive to learn quickly.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, move, climb and fit into tight spaces.
• Pride in craftsmanship.

Schedule: Monday-Friday + rotating on-call

Reports to: Service Tech Leader
