Job summary

Focus Property Management is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to diagnose and fix issues in occupied properties in South Milwaukee, WI. You will interact directly with residents, perform routine upkeep, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Your responsibilities include on-site repairs, preventive maintenance, and participating in rotating on-call shifts to ensure prompt service.

Qualifications

• General maintenance or mechanical experience (or the drive to learn fast).
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• The ability to lift, move, climb, and get into tight spaces when needed.
• Pride in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve problems like leaks, locks, lights, and heating.
• Keep buildings sharp, safe, and running.
• Work directly with residents to get tasks done.
• Partner with teammates and trusted vendors.
• Rotating on-call to respond quickly, with extra pay when on-call.
