Job summary

Focus Property Management is hiring for a maintenance-focused role in South Milwaukee, WI. You will diagnose and fix issues, keep properties safe and functional, and serve residents directly while coordinating with vendors.

The position emphasizes a Monday–Friday schedule, on-call rotation with additional pay, and performance-based bonuses. A driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
