Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Fairfax Apartments in Midwest City, OK. The role requires at least two years of on-site maintenance experience in multi-family properties and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

You will prep apartments for make-ready turns, perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems, handle basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks, and respond to after-hours calls as part of an on-site team.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties.
• HVAC certification a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Be responsible and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Have a basic set of tools and knowledge of make-ready unit turns (carpentry, plumbing, electrical).

Job Location: Fairfax Apartments - Midwest City, OK 73020, Do you have 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties? As Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and completing preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
