Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Fairfax Apartments in Midwest City, OK. The role requires at least two years of on-site maintenance experience in multi-family properties and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

You will prep apartments for make-ready turns, perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and other systems, handle basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks, and respond to after-hours calls as part of an on-site team.

Qualifications

• Two years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties.
• HVAC certification a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Be responsible and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Have a basic set of tools and knowledge of make-ready unit turns (carpentry, plumbing, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Prepping apartments for make-ready turns
• General maintenance duties as necessary
• On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls
• Snow removal and grounds maintenance including common areas
• Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems
• Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical
