Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Memphis, TN to maintain and repair equipment, buildings, and fixtures within a distribution center.

The role includes performing preventative maintenance on lift trucks and electrical components, and responding quickly to uptime issues. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance-related experience, the ability to read safety rules and manuals, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or related fields.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and technical instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical motors, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to train on Day shift (7am-3:30pm)

Our client, a Distribution Center/Warehouse industry leader, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay Range:$29.70

Shift: 2nd shift(4pm-12:30am or 11pm-7:30am)

What's the Job?

• Maintain and repair equipment, buildings, and fixtures within the distribution center
