The Maintenance Technician at TransTech Fabrication is a hands-on member of the maintenance team, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, and responsible for supporting the performance, safety, and reliability of shop equipment and facilities.
This role focuses on executing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and assisting with routine inspections and repairs. The technician works closely with the Maintenance Manager and Operations team to address maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and maintain equipment records.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team-based environment with direction and priorities established by the Maintenance Manager.
