Job summary

Our Client in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance department and support production operations. The selected candidate will respond to repair needs, troubleshoot equipment, and plan preventive maintenance.

Requirements include a high school diploma (technical degree preferred), 3+ years in maintenance, PLC/CNC knowledge helpful, and strong communication. This role offers a Friday–Sunday night shift and opportunities for skill development within a safety-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in machine repair, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, plumbing, or related areas
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and computer numerical control (CNC) is helpful

Responsibilities

• Respond safely and efficiently to maintenance and repair needs of equipment and machinery
• Ensure safety is prioritized by following all safety programs and promoting a safety-oriented culture
• Coordinate and schedule repairs with the area supervisor and communicate repair schedules to affected team members
• Troubleshoot, plan, and execute repairs, locating and preparing parts as needed
• Document all repairs thoroughly and develop preventative maintenance procedures and schedules

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the production operations. Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $23+/hour

Shift: Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and computer numerical control (CNC) is helpful
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to support and train team members
