Job summary

The Waffle House, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multiple restaurants in the surrounding area.

Responsibilities include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and door/tile replacements. The role demands hands-on skills across trades, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Qualifications

• Must have basic plumbing skills.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring up to 120/208V, low voltage and 3-phase.
• Ability to use small power and hand tools.
• HVAC repair experience up to 5 ton is required.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and roof repair as needed; replace doors, blinds, and tiles.

JOB DETAILS

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience

• Basic Plumbing
• Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
• Use of small power/hand tools
• HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
• EPA Universal Certification
