Job summary

The Waffle House, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service multiple restaurants in and around the Aiken, SC area.

You will install and repair restaurant equipment, refrigeration systems, plumbing and electrical components, and handle HVAC tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role requires practical skills, EPA Universal Certification, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Qualifications

• Basic Plumbing
• Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
• Use of small power/hand tools
• HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
• EPA Universal Certification

Responsibilities

• Install and repair restaurant equipment and refrigeration systems.
• Perform electrical work and basic plumbing tasks.
• Handle HVAC maintenance and repair for relevant units.
• Conduct roof repairs and doors, blinds, and tiles replacements as needed.

JOB DETAILS

The Waffle House Maintenance Technician will be responsible for multiple restaurants in and around the geographical area. Job responsibilities will include installation and repair of restaurant and refrigeration equipment, electrical work, plumbing, HVAC, roof repair and replacement of doors, blinds, tiles, etc.

Required Experience

• Basic Plumbing
• Basic building electrical wiring (low voltage and 120/208 volt, single and 3 phase service)
• Use of small power/hand tools
• HVAC repair for units up to 5 ton
• EPA Universal Certification
