Job summary

Housing Authority of McDonough County seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform unit refurbishment including painting, drywall, cabinets and countertops, and flooring installation. The role requires physical dexterity and the ability to lift heavy objects.

• Requires general knowledge and experience in unit refurbishment to include painting, drywall repairs, cabinet and countertop installation, and flooring installation.
• Experience with electrical and HVAC repairs preferred.
