Hours are 6pm-6:30am on rotating 2-3 basis.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment in a manufacturing setting.
2. Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
3. Collaborate with maintenance team to minimize downtime and support production.
4. Conduct inspections, troubleshoot malfunctions, and execute repairs on various mechanical and electrical systems.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide reports.
6. Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
7. Work with production teams to address equipment concerns.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; vocational or technical training preferred.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in maintenance or related training/experience.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting automated equipment, PLC, Servo motor, VFD.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
