The role requires 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in at least one major trade, and preferred EPA certification with a valid driver’s license. Flexibility for weekends and on-call is expected.

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area
• EPA certification preferred

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
