Job summary

Jimmy Jazz in Los Angeles is seeking a Maintenance Tech to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. This non-exempt role supports the site’s goals with proactive maintenance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for aMaintenance Tech for our Los Angeles areawho is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of real property equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of real property equipment
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Ensure all resident needs are met in a timely manner
• Must be able to take initiative and possess problem solving skills
• Excellent customer service and computer skills is a plus

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Tech preferred
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
