Job summary

ManpowerGroup is assisting a leading transportation and facility management organization in Los Angeles to hire a Maintenance Technician. You will support a large rental car facility’s Maintenance Department, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of repair experience, strong troubleshooting skills, CMMS proficiency, and a hands-on approach with power tools. Health, life, PTO, and 401(k) benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of verifiable repair technician experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment efficiently.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and CMMS software.
• Mechanically inclined with proficiency in operating power tools and equipment.

• Perform weekly inspections of the facility and document findings using software systems.
• Submit work orders and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Perform plumbing inspections, minor repairs, and preventative tasks.

Our client, a leading organization supporting transportation and facility management, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operations at a large rental car facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range: $30 per hour

Shift: All three shifts available, 7 days per week available
