Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for a Hawaii location to support Villa Care and guest experiences by performing preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

You will respond to guest requests, assist with basic engineering tasks, and participate in safety and training activities as applicable. The role requires reliability to work varied shifts and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience performing minor maintenance tasks such as painting and basic repairs.
• Ability to perform HVAC temperature readings on appliances.
• Willingness to respond quickly to guest repair requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as assigned (e.g., painting, repairs, light maintenance).
• Respond to guest repair requests and service requests in a timely manner.
• Handle basic engineering inventory duties and safety procedures.

(i.e. Basic Painting; Basic Repairs such as replacing lightbulbs.
