Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV to support Owners and guests by addressing repair requests, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting building systems. You will read meters, log readings, and coordinate with guests to resolve issues while maintaining safety and high service standards.

Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends; the role includes career development opportunities and eligibility for company perks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responds and attends to guest repair requests.
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Communicates with guests/Owners to resolve maintenance issues.
• Displays advanced engineering operations skills, mechanical ability, and troubleshooting of building systems.
• Performs general engineering-related inventory duties.
• Reads, logs, tracks, and interprets readings from meters, gauges, and other measuring devices.
• Participate in regular training for safety, technical knowledge, and career development as applicable.

Job description

Hourly Rate: $43.78

Hourly Wage: $43.78

To Become a Maintenance Technician IV at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
