Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support owners and guests at the Lake Tahoe property. You’ll perform mid-level repairs, respond to repair requests, and help maintain a safe, well‑functioning environment for memorable vacations.

The role involves preventive maintenance, inventory tasks, and clear communication with guests to resolve issues and uphold service standards. Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs mid-level repairs and routine maintenance as assigned.
• Responds to guest repair requests and addresses maintenance issues promptly.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and inspections per schedule.
• Maintains inventory and supports general engineering tasks as needed.
• Communicates with guests/owners to resolve requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Follows safety procedures and company policies in all tasks.
