Description

Conifer Realty is seeking self-motivated Maintenance Technician to support our Patuxent Cove community. Responsibilities include indoor and outdoor maintenance, responding to work orders, and emergency on-call duties. Qualifications include at least 2 years of maintenance experience, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation.
