Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Lacey, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the treatment facility safe and functional for residents and staff. You will perform electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and routine upkeep across buildings and grounds.

You will work with a variety of tools, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and fire prevention systems, and coordinate with leadership to address issues before they escalate. Must be 18+, pass background, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to use various power and hand tools efficiently.
• Prior experience in a facility setting and familiarity with required systems (fire prevention, plumbing, electrical, backflow).

• Identify and report larger maintenance concerns or safety hazards.

About the Role As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for keeping our treatment facility in safe, working order for the clients who live there and the staff who support them. You will handle routine maintenance and repairs across the building, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting work, as well as upkeep of roofs, windows, floors, doors, woodwork, plaster, and drywall. You will also maintain the grounds and landscaping so the property stays clean and welcoming. This is a hands-on role, and you will be the person staff turn to when something breaks or needs attention. You will work with hammers, saws, drills, wrenches, and other power and hand tools, move furniture and equipment as needed, and keep an eye on facility systems such as fire prevention, plumbing, electrical, and backflow. You will need to work independently, prioritize your own day, and collaborate with facility leadership to keep problems from becoming bigger ones.

• Perform other facilities maintenance duties as assigned.
