Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Lacey, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the treatment facility safe and functional for residents and staff. You will perform electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and routine upkeep across buildings and grounds.

You will work with a variety of tools, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and fire prevention systems, and coordinate with leadership to address issues before they escalate. Must be 18+, pass background, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to use various power and hand tools efficiently.
• Prior experience in a facility setting and familiarity with required systems (fire prevention, plumbing, electrical, backflow).

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping and exterior grounds.
• Perform electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting work.
• Perform routine maintenance on roofs, windows, floors, doors, woodwork, plaster, drywall.
• Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance and monitor water quality.
• Perform pest control and extermination services as needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on facility appliances and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and identify when outside service is needed.
• Repair equipment or structures using power and manual tools.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Identify and report larger maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
• Perform other facilities maintenance duties as assigned.
