The candidate should have at least 2 years in maintenance, healthcare or residential settings preferred, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a full-time on-site position with potential on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance or facilities experience.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Healthcare, behavioural health, hospitality, or residential setting experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance issues.
• Repair and maintain doors, locks, walls, lighting, appliances, furniture, and fixtures.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and facility inspections.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs.
• Maintain facility grounds and assist with seasonal or exterior upkeep.
• Identify safety concerns and report operational issues to leadership.
• Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and facility projects as needed.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when appropriate.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inventory, and repair documentation.

Mosaic Wellness & Recovery is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at our new detox and mental health treatment facility located in Johns Creek, Georgia. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and experienced in facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance within a residential or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
