Qualifications

• Ability to lift, bend, climb stairs, and work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Basic hand tools preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns and make-ready units for new residents.
• Perform basic maintenance repairs including painting, minor plumbing, light electrical, drywall repair, and general upkeep.
• Replace fixtures, hardware, appliances, and complete punch-list items.
• Assist with grounds, curb appeal, and community upkeep as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic maintenance concerns and complete work orders when needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.
• Follow company safety standards and property policies.
