LEGEND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will ensure facilities operate efficiently, inspect buildings for damage, and perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal candidate is reliable, a team player, and a problem solver with maintenance experience.

The role requires on-call availability, including nights and weekends, and offers opportunities for growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures and techniques.
• On-call availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on tenant units and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, and fixture replacements.
• Inspect building for structural issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Record repairs and track service history.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance to ensure safety and reliability.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance completing tenant work orders, such as clogged drains, toilets, blind replacement, smoke detector replacement, light fixture replacement, faucet replacement and painting. Light electrical and plumbing work and other repairs as needed. o
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to keep our equipment operating efficiently and prevent any safety risks
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
