TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Pecatonica, IL location. This 3rd shift role supports the maintenance team to keep production running, with responsibilities including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.

The position operates on a 12:00am–8:00am shift under a union contract. Ideal candidates will have manufacturing experience and strong communication skills, with the ability to work overtime and potentially switch shifts as needed.

Job Description

About the Role

The Maintenance Technician role at the Pecatonica location provides 3rd shift support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to drive efficient production in the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• Follow blueprints, sketches, and other instructions
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation
• Follow appropriate practices and procedures
• Responsibility for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues

Important details

This position pays $30.43/hr based on the union contract and is on A Shift from 12:00am-8:00am.

About You

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
• The ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary
• The ability to work other shifts if needed
