Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Pecatonica, IL, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift (12:00am–8:00am) to support the maintenance team and sustain efficient production. This full-time role focuses on keeping equipment running, troubleshooting, and performing repairs through the plant.

You will follow blueprints and procedures, complete required paperwork, and report safety or quality issues. The position requires ability to work overtime, weekends, and other shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience following instructions/process documents.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
• Ability to work other shifts if needed.

Job Description:

About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician role at the Pecatonica location provides 3rd shift support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to drive efficient production in the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
• Follow blueprints, sketches, and other instructions
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation
• Follow appropriate practices and procedures
• Responsibility for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues

Important details

This position pays $30.43/hr based on the union contract and is on A Shift from 12:00am-8:00am.

About You:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
• The ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary
• The ability to work other shifts if needed
