As an Experienced Maintenance Technician, you will use your technical skills to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, conduct repairs, and perform preventative maintenance across our

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly with strong customer service.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants with necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory.
• Collaborate with property management to address and resolve issues efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all building systems and equipment
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring great customer service and satisfaction
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are performed
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times

Requirements
