Seeking an active, hands-on Factory Machine Maintenance Technician to join a dynamic team in Houston, Texas, for a full-time role offering $18.00 - $34.00 per hour. The standard shift runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with mandatory weekends and overtime required as needed to complete critical preventive maintenance. Working under the direction of Manufacturing Engineering, this position is responsible for installing mechanical fixtures, updating software programs to optimize machine speed, and providing comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for specialized equipment, including injection molding machines, CNC mills and lathes, and cable shop machinery. The ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read and understand electrical diagrams, and a proven history of safety awareness. While prior experience maintaining or repairing mechanical and electrical devices is highly desired, individuals who can learn quickly by doing and effectively log repairs in English are strongly encouraged to apply. This physically active role operates in an enclosed, air-conditioned manufacturing facility and requires the ability to perform heavy lifting up to 80 pounds and use standard hand tools.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,719.99 per year.

Shift: First.

Work hours: 5 AM - 4 PM.
