Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our resort facilities running smoothly. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs to minimize downtime and ensure safety for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and some experience in property maintenance, including knowledge of essential tools and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of common maintenance tasks and safe tool usage.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred for the role.
• Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation of facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems to minimize downtime and maintain safety.
• Order supplies and coordinate materials for maintenance projects.
• Conduct general repairs including painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and landscaping as needed.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety. If you have a strong background in maintenance and are passionate about providing exceptional service, we would love for you to join our team.

What You’re Great At

• Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.
• Determining the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.
• Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects.
• Performing general repairs needed, such as but not limited to: painting, constructing/patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.
• Coordinating or inspecting, operating, and maintaining the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
