Job summary

Brookside Properties in Greenwood, IN is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for Fairways at Valle Vista. You will handle work orders, keep buildings and grounds in top condition, and participate in on-call maintenance while adhering to safety guidelines.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, plus HVAC experience and EPA certification preferred. Prior apartment maintenance and strong customer service are important, with physical ability to perform duties.
