This position is designed for individuals with practical expertise in construction, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building repairs. Applicants who possess specialized knowledge in HVAC systems or hold EPA certification are highly encouraged to submit their applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of maintenance duties, including electrical fixes, plumbing repairs, appliance servicing, carpentry, masonry work, and painting.
• Inspect and repair building infrastructure, such as bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, doors, cabinetry, walls, and outdoor areas.
• Provide outstanding service to residents, clients, and colleagues.
• Address resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare residential units for new occupants, ensuring all quality standards are satisfied.
• Carry out scheduled annual preventative maintenance procedures.
• Support groundskeeping activities when necessary.
• Contribute to special projects as directed by management.

Requirements

• HVAC certification is preferred, and EPA certification is considered an advantage.
• At least six months of maintenance experience within an apartment complex or a comparable setting.
• Proficiency with HVAC systems, including the ability to maintain, repair, or replace components.
• A valid driver's license or dependable transportation is mandatory.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.
• Ownership of basic hand tools needed for daily tasks.
