C/A Design Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment. This role involves troubleshooting and repairs, requiring strong mechanical and electrical skills.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs on production machinery, tooling, equipment, and facility systems. This position requires both mechanical and electrical experience and will play a key role in establishing and developing the future growth and capabilities of the maintenance department. The technician will utilize MaintainX to manage maintenance activities, track work orders, and administer preventive maintenance programs.
Continuous mental and visual attention is required. Requires constant alertness or activity. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand and occasionally required to walk, sit, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Office, plant, warehouse or remote locations. While performing the duties of this job in the plant or warehouse, the employee is exposed to noise and aluminum particles. The noise level is usually moderate, but hearing protection may be required in designated areas. The employee is required to wear safety glasses when in the plant. Conditions in remote locations vary, depending on the job requirements.
