St. Barnabas Health System is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our mission-driven team. This full-time role involves servicing HVAC units across multiple facilities, performing routine grounds and facility maintenance, and addressing repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more.

• HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Service heating and cooling units at all facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveway.
• Repair facility and equipment including plumbing, plastering, painting, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical.
• Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested.
• Keep work areas clean and equipment/tools stored after work.
• Adhere to preventative maintenance schedule set by supervisor.
• On-call for emergency conditions/situations.
