Job summary

Watermill Express is seeking a Maintenance Representative to service refill kiosks across multiple locations in Georgia. The role covers cleaning, painting, plumbing, basic electrical/mechanical repairs, and troubleshooting of water-only and water-ice units.

You will drive the company vehicle to assigned sites and maintain equipment and facilities. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid drivers license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical/maintenance/repair education or equivalent experience preferred.
• Clean driving record; valid drivers license required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and act accordingly.
• Paint refill stations (walls, pedestals, doors, posts, roofs).
• Pressure wash refill stations and maintain exterior areas.
• Maintain landscape at refill stations and repair parking areas.
• Replace signage and decals as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of refill stations.

Watermill Express is the national leader in refill kiosks that provide affordable, sustainable, safe drinking water and ice in a convenient drive-up format.

The Maintenance Representative is experienced in the proper maintenance, repair, and support for the refill station structure, equipment, and surrounding property. Tasks include, but are not limited to general cleaning initiatives, plumbing work, painting, basic mechanical/electrical repairs and troubleshooting, as well as some basic refrigeration system maintenance.

This position works independently and you must take pride in your work.

• Starting hourly rate is $ 15.00

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow safety guidelines and act in safe manner.


• Demonstrate and support the company’s Code of Conduct.


• Paint refill stations (walls, pedestals, doors, protective posts, roofs).


• Pressure wash refill stations.


• Maintain landscape at refill stations.


• Maintain and repair parking lot and refill stations.


• Replace signage, decals, and banners as needed.


• Perform basic maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of refill stations per company standards.


• Support and assist with construction / development efforts as needed.


• Repair water only and water-ice units as needed


• Properly maintain and care for company vehicle, inventory and equipment


• Drive company vehicle to company locations/units throughout assigned area*


• Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift 50 pounds


• Capable of climbing ladders, stooping, walking, standing, and bending


• Ability to work safely in limited space inside water only and water-ice units


• Ability to work in heat


• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle


• Ability to work overtime including some weekend or evening work

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATES

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Electrical, maintenance, repair, or similar education or equivalent experience preferred
