Fortis Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor at Carrington Park at Lake Lanier. This full-time, on-site role involves keeping the property in excellent condition and delivering quality resident service.
You will perform routine maintenance, respond to work orders promptly, manage basic repairs, and assist in maintaining budgeted expenses. EPA certification is required; CPO is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in areas of the assigned Community.

You assist in your community's goal to effectively and efficiently lease the property, while also promoting excellence in resident care and service. You work alongside a team of leasing agents in the office and maintenance technicians, groundskeepers, and a maintenance supervisor on your property, all under the direction of your property/community manager.
