GCI Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician at our Legacy Fort Mill community in Fort Mill, SC. You will perform hands-on maintenance, respond to service requests, and help keep the community safe and welcoming.

You\'ll work with the Maintenance Supervisor and team, maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, pools, and building exteriors, and prepare homes for new residents. The role requires at least 2 years in multifamily maintenance, EPA certification or willingness to obtain,

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 2 years in multifamily apartment maintenance.
• Knowledge and experience repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry items, building exteriors and appliances.
• Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Demonstrate thoroughness, self-motivation and organization when accomplishing tasks.
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and on-call hours.

Requirements

What we need:

• A minimum of 2 years in multifamily apartment maintenance

Education, Licenses, and Certifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) and substantial experience in making HVAC related repairs
