Amalgamated Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Forney, TX to perform repairs and preventative maintenance on apartment homes.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks, ensure units are delivered back to residents in 100% working order, and provide friendly, reliable service.

Maintenance Technician

Amalgamated Management Corporation is a privately-owned company with over 60 years of experience providing high quality apartment homes, in convenient locations throughout Texas. We own and manage our properties.

Position Description

To perform the Maintenance Tech position we are looking for someone with awesome maintenance skills, great customer service, and wonderful communication skills, who can identify and diagnose problems quickly, perform the necessary steps to fix the items identified, and deliver the unit back to the resident in 100% working order. Pay from $25/hour
