Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday–Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm, and focuses on keeping the facility safe, functional, and welcoming for patients and staff.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and renovations; ensure compliance with safety codes; maintain appliances and fixtures; and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Maintenance experience in residential, hospital, or medical settings preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA standards
• Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years
• Must be 21+ years old (insurance requirement)

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, remodeling, renovations, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, and health codes.
• Install and maintain appliances, furniture, and fixtures.
